Hi, my name is Emily Hayton. I’m a young graphic designer and studio artist focused in MN. As a senior at the University of Northwestern St. Paul, I have been trained to have an eye for design principles such as balance, rhythm and unity. Through my classes I have been trained in platforms such as, Adobe creative suite, Figma, worked within WordPress and have familiarity with HTML and CSS, while also being trained through mediums such as painting, printmaking and sculpture.
I am passionate about visual problem solving and storytelling in an abstract way. I love how conceptual art can poetically capture human experience. Emphasizing poetry in a design framework is something that drives all my work.
